With a background in electronics engineering, he’s spent his career where tech meets people—working at the intersection of customers, innovation, production, and business. He’s got a knack for translating complex tech into real-world value, and a strong track record as product owner and project manager. Previously, he’s served as CEO of Wavr Tech, CTO at Stillfront and Cisl Group, and Mocap Studio Manager at Starbreeze. Patrik bridges the gap between teams, tools, and strategy—and brings energy wherever products meet purpose.

Samuel Zayas

Software Guru

With over 25 years of experience in software development and system design. With a background in IT and a track record that includes roles at Volvo Cars, Stillfront, and HiQ, he’s worn many hats—Lead System Architect, Team Lead, Hardware Developer, and more. He’s especially strong at making complex systems work seamlessly, connecting all the moving parts into smart, high-impact solutions. Samuel brings depth, adaptability, and a steady dose of innovation to every project he’s part of.

Fredrik Träpja

Electronic Wiz

Brings hands-on experience in electrical engineering and low-level software development, including circuit design, PCB layout, hardware testing, and firmware programming. He has a broad and practical skillset—particularly when it comes to taking hardware from prototype to production. Fredrik has a strong problem-solving mindset and a natural talent for overcoming technical challenges at every stage of the product life cycle.

Edvin Wedin

Advanced Mathematics

A mathematician with experience in research and university teaching. His PhD thesis explores the foundations and complex emergent phenomena in opinion dynamics, with an emphasis on using noisy numerical simulations to prove theorems about infinite systems with exact values. He provides a solid foundation for the theories underlying our models. He lives and breathes innovation and keeps a keen eye on the edges of what is theoretically possible. He is also a natural teacher – a skill perfected by years of giving courses at Chalmers University. For the past six years, he has been running the leading healthcare center for lifestyle change in the Nordic region, combining business insight with a strong focus on health, transformation, and long-term outcomes. Mattias brings a unique ability to connect strategy with execution, and people with purpose—making him a driving force in both growth and impact-driven business.

Daniel Benitez

a serial entrepreneur and veteran of the games industry, with a career spanning several successful ventures. He was a founding member of both Starbreeze and Stillfront, two of Sweden’s most recognized game companies, and is now the founder of Windup Games. With deep experience in company building, product strategy, and creative leadership, Daniel has played a key role in shaping some of the Nordic region’s most impactful games studios. His career reflects a passion for innovation and a consistent drive to turn vision into reality in the interactive entertainment space.

Massimo Corradini

Massimo has over 35 years of professional experience in strategy, innovation, and communication development within B2B companies, including Ericsson, Telia, Skanska, Wallenius, Sims, as well as several startup companies. Over the past decade, he scaled Dorado from the ground up to a 50+ person studio. He’s worked internationally across the US, UK, Germany, Switzerland, and China, and knows his way around both startups and global players like IBM.

Sören Babra

Since 2009, he has led the company in developing innovative mobile payment technologies in partnership with major banks and card schemes. Under Sören’s leadership, Payair helped enable tap-to-pay functionality for Swish, allowing mobile payments on any terminal—without the need for a physical card. His entrepreneurial drive and focus on quality have positioned Payair at the forefront of the digital payments space.
